Two marble sculptures by Stephen Ralph were acquired for the recently opened Olympus Dining in Sydney. Olympus is owned by Jonathan Barthelmess and Sam Christie (Apollo, Potts Point) and run by Head chef Ozge Kalvo (formerly Ester and Baba’s Place).
